Refunds are initiated after we receive and process your return. If we are unable to exchange the item(s) we will issue a refund or, if you choose, a store credit that can be used to immediately make an alternate purchase. Once you have received approval for a return, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it and we will exchange the item(s). This applies only to cards listed as 'Mint/Near Mint' and 'Slightly Played' condition.ī) You have received item(s) that you did not order. Without exception, item(s) sent to you in factory-sealed condition cannot be returned if they have been opened. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Gamers Grove, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
