Pathways into Darkness is a first-person shooter and action-adventure game. Once we get past the initial ooze rush, we can switch back to the pistol to burn off the last of its ammo and save the MP-41 for emergencies. Can't get by those damn rats? This level is pretty easy if you know what you're doing. Talking to one of the dead German guys will reveal a hidden door where this crystal can be found.
Since the hallway is so wide, you'll have plenty of room to move back and forth to kill the bad guys without getting hurt.
